Our goal was to technically support this vision and bring it to life by developing and implementing the new website, integrating it with internal systems, and digitalizing key business processes - creating a seamless and intelligent digital experience.

- Golf Academy Management – Includes intuitive tools for managing academy schedules, training sessions, and instructor coordination.
- Reports & Analytics – Lygolf automatically generates reports on occupancy, revenue, reservations, and other key performance indicators.
Through this integration, Royal Bled gained a transparent and fully automated course management system that allows quick responses to guest needs, simplified planning for staff, and a modern, data-driven approach to resort operations.

Restaurant and Accommodations
In addition to course management, the Lygolf system also enables comprehensive management of supporting services such as the restaurant and accommodations.
- Booking Management – Allows handling of reservations for individuals, groups, or tour operators within a single system.
- Integration with Calendars and Reports – Makes it possible to track occupancy, coordinate schedules, and analyze performance.
- Centralized Management – Staff have full control over all processes, from receiving a reservation to final confirmation and payment processing.

Lyforms – Digital Registrations and Process Automation
To support events and tournament management, we implemented Lyforms, a flexible online solution that enables the quick creation of custom, multi-level registration forms.
With this tool, we provided Royal Bled with:

- Automated registration confirmations and automatic data forwarding to event organizers.

Email Marketing System Integration
To enhance communication with players and members, we integrated Mailee, a professional email marketing tool for bulk email distribution.
With Mailee, Royal Bled can now:
